Since I always rant about my favorite characters, here are my boyfriend’s. We watch most all anime together and if we don’t watch it together, it’s because HE is not watching, lol. Example: White Album, which I don’t blame him for. Even though we generally love the same anime, we have very different opinions on certain things and he often can’t stand characters that I really like (example: Kotonoha from School Days because he’s a Sekai fan. I am a fan of both.) but I love his differing opinions because it makes things great. =D
- Alphonse Elric - Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - He has loved Al since the original FMA anime.
- Haruko Haruhara - FLCL - favorite female character for like years and years now. lol.
- Rena Ryuugu - Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. He likes short haired characters in general and I love long hair. lol.
- Joshua Christopher - Chrno Crusade - He loves Joshua. lol.
- Chrno - Chrno Crusade - We are in love with Chrno.
- Celty - Durarara. He couldn’t resist the Irish headless dullahan played by Miyuki Sawashiro - and neither could I. He uses the username Dullahan in some places. lol.
- Kafuka Fuura - Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei - He actually liked her before I did. =o
- Rosette Christopher - Chrno Crusade - I am proud of my lover’s love of Chrno. I hammered it into him. No, um. He actually read the manga before I did. Rosette is 100% his kind of anime girl.
- Kaname Chidori - Full Metal Panic - Who can resist Chidori’s badassness? We both love FMP.
- Yuno Gasai - Mirai Nikki. He has liked her since he was reading the manga while it was still running. She is his favorite yandere.
He also loves Nagisa from Clannad, which I adore. He liked her before I did, too, since I wasn’t entirely sure at first.
