She’s up against Senjogahara! I don’t usually vote for Senjogahara, despite liking her since she doesn’t actually fall under the moe category in my mind. lol. I haven’t watched Infinite Stratos, but I have seen lots of pictures of Charlotte and she kind of makes me want to watch it for being so cute. <3
